3 year limited warranty

The 3 year product warranty includes all AngelTrax cameras, external VSM™ and the following mobile DVRs: ATCF460, ATCF460-TR, MiniMIcro Plus and the MiniMicro Plus-TR

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. IVS, Inc. warrants this product to be free from manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) year from the date of purchase, when installed by an Authorized Dealer. The terms and conditions of said warranty are as follows:

• 1. When the product is installed by or purchased from an authorized AngelTrax Dealer, IVS, Inc. will either repair or replace at no charge to the original purchaser any unit which IVS, Inc. determines to be defective and under the warranty provided the defects occur within three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only with the original purchaser and non-transferable. Warranty does not cover the removal or reinstallation of the item.
• 2. The date of purchase and proof of an Authorized AngelTrax Dealer installation must be established by the original sales receipt, which must accompany the unit being returned for warranty service.
• 3. Item must be returned to factory in original carton or equivalent, and in original packaging conditions. If unit is received with serial number removed or defaced, warranty is void. Unit will not be repaired under warranty and returned to owner freight collect.
• 4. The warranty shall not apply to any unit that has been used for the purpose for which it is not designed or any unit that has been altered in any way. Evidence indicating that the unit was improperly installed or misused outside the instructions provided with unit will void warranty.
• 5. IVS, Inc. does not authorize any other persons to assume liability in connections with its products. This warranty is the only expressed warranty made by IVS, Inc. to their products. Any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to IVS, Inc. products is limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts. Therefore, the above limitations may not apply.
• 6. If in the unlikely event that warranty service becomes necessary, contact us directly for assistance at 1-800-673-1788 to obtain an RMA number or technical assistance.

5 year limited warranty

The 5 year product warranty includes internal VSM™ and the following AngelTrax mobile DVRs: HC460, HC460-TR, HC860, HC860-TR and the HC460-LM
